The functions of the SL3 have been developed in close cooperation with professionals. As a result, the camera features a variety of connectivity options for data transfer and wireless connectivity. These include slots for CFexpress Type B and SD UHS-ll cards, a USB-C port, as well as a full-size HDMI output and a timecode interface. BSI-Full-Frame Sensor: Up to 240 megapixels
The Leica SL3 combines a 60 MP full-frame sensor with outstanding image quality. It offers three resolution options, 60, 36 and 18 MP, in both DNG and JPG, while Multi-Shot mode delivers up to 240 MP. With up to 15 stops of dynamic range, excellent noise performance up to ISO 100,000 and 5-axis image stabilisation, the SL3 delivers exceptional results in challenging lighting conditions.
Maestro IV Processor
The Leica SL3’s powerful Maestro IV processor delivers fast, reliable performance for both photo and video. It ensures efficient signal processing, excellent noise control and Leica’s distinctive colour reproduction. For videographers, it also enables fast CFexpress Type B data transfer, 8K video recording and advanced codecs.
