The Pearl Sub was designed to create a 2.0 hi-fi system that combines amplification and bass reproduction in a single, compact unit, eliminating the need for separate amplifiers and subwoofers. As the centerpiece of Cabasse’s Lifestyle range, it incorporates optimized profiles for the iO3, Riga 2 and Baltic 5 speakers.
It brings exceptional performance to these speakers, with phenomenal dynamics and patented DEAP technology, which optimizes the digital signal according to the connected Cabasse speakers. The Pearl Sub also provides access to today’s most popular streaming services, combining powerful bass, high-definition sound and connected functionality in a single system.
DEAP Technology
The Pearl Sub is designed to make the most of each compatible speaker through its patented DEAP technology. This technology optimizes the digital signal according to the connected speakers, whether you are using Baltic 5, Riga 2 or iO3.
Activating DEAP is simple and only takes a few clicks in the free StreamCONTROL app, available on iOS and Android.
The Pearl Sub also features a built-in microphone and a patented automatic room correction system (CRCS), which automatically adjusts the sound to the acoustics of the listening environment for an optimized listening experience wherever you use it.
Exceptional bass performance and dynamics
The Pearl Sub features a 25 cm long-throw woofer with up to 30 mm of linear excursion, powered by a 1000 W RMS amplifier delivering up to 2000 W peak. Covering a frequency range from 14 Hz to 180 Hz, it produces deep, powerful bass with exceptional precision and dynamics.
More than just a subwoofer, The Pearl Sub also acts as an amplifier for the connected satellite speakers. Two additional amplification modules deliver 300 W RMS each, or 600 W peak, to power a pair of Cabasse Riga 2 speakers. This unique combination of amplification and bass reproduction creates a powerful, immersive and highly dynamic listening experience.
Compact and refined design
The Pearl Sub is supported by a raw steel stand that is cut, bent and then chrome-plated, suspending the subwoofer above the floor for a sleek and elegant look. Four layers of matte paint are applied to the spherical enclosure to achieve a flawless finish.
At the rear, four carbon speaker terminals allow you to connect and power compatible speakers with up to 300 W of nominal power.
